Along the Moraine, Erik's third self-produced album, was recorded by Xavier Robin in Montreuil at François Combarieu's home studio from March to October 2019, with a session for the horns at HF studios rue Dareau, Paris in October 2019.

The tracks were mixed by Xavier at Catherine Lara's home studio in Montainville in January 2020. Guilain Ranouil did the mastering at Summertime in Boulogne-Billancourt in the Fall of 2020.
